1. Delivery of Digital Content
Upon successful payment, images will be made available for immediate download. Pixaf.org does not provide physical copies (prints) unless specifically offered through a separate service. The download link will be accessible via your User Dashboard or sent to your registered email address.
2. File Format and Quality
All images are provided in high-resolution formats (typically JPEG or TIFF) as specified in the product description.
It is the responsibility of the user to ensure they have the necessary software and hardware to open and use the downloaded files.
3. Download Limits and Technical Issues
Retrying Downloads: If a download fails due to a technical error or internet interruption, you may re-attempt the download from your "Purchase History" without additional charges, provided it is within the active link period (usually 48 to 72 hours).
Link Expiration: For security reasons, download links may expire after a certain period or a set number of attempts. If you encounter an expired link, please contact our support team with your order ID.
4. Storage and Backup
Once a file is successfully downloaded, Pixaf.org is no longer responsible for its storage. We strongly recommend that users back up their purchased images on a secure hard drive or cloud storage. We do not guarantee that your purchased files will be available for re-download indefinitely in the future if they are removed from our active library.
5. Watermarks
Upon completion of a valid purchase, the watermark (Pixaf.org logo) will be removed, and you will receive the clean, full-resolution file. If you encounter any issues where a watermark remains on a purchased file, please notify us immediately.
6. Unauthorized Sharing
Downloading an image does not grant you the right to share the direct download link with third parties. Each download is tracked; sharing links or distributing files in a way that violates your license agreement will result in the immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.
7. Accuracy of Selection
Please double-check your selection before clicking the download button. Since our system processes downloads instantly, we cannot "return" a download if you accidentally chose the wrong image or size.
