1. Subscription & Credit Packages
Pixaf.org offers various "Download Packages" and "Credit Packs" to provide our users with more flexible and cost-effective pricing. By purchasing a package, you agree to the specific limits, including the number of downloads and the expiration period associated with that package.
2. Usage Rights
The images downloaded under any package are subject to our Standard License unless otherwise specified. Each download counts as one unit from your package balance. Downloading the same image again within 24 hours will not deduct additional credits from your balance.
3. Expiration and Validity
Validity Period: Most packages (Monthly or Annual) are valid for a specific duration. Any unused downloads or credits will expire at the end of the term and will not roll over to the next period unless stated otherwise.
Non-Transferable: Packages are tied to the individual account and cannot be transferred, resold, or shared between multiple users.
4. Auto-Renewal
If you subscribe to a recurring monthly or yearly plan, your account will be automatically charged at the end of each billing cycle. You can disable Auto-Renewal at any time from your account settings at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
No Refunds: Since our products are digital assets, we do not offer refunds once a package has been partially or fully used.
Accidental Purchase: If you purchased a package by mistake and have not downloaded any images, you must contact our support within 12 hours to request a refund.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, you will retain access to your remaining downloads until the end of the current billing cycle.
6. Fair Use Policy
Pixaf.org reserves the right to monitor download patterns. The use of automated tools (bots, scrapers) to download images in bulk is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate account suspension without a refund.
7. Changes to Packages
We reserve the right to modify our package prices or the number of downloads provided in each tier. Any changes will not affect packages that have already been purchased and are currently active.
